I love going shopping with my very best friend Mandy. We have a lot in common and tend to enjoy shopping at the same clothing stores. One thing that I have noticed is that Mandy always uses Prepaid Cards when she buys things. I decided to ask her about these, to see if I could learn more. Mandy told me how convenient these cards can be when she is shopping, as she does not ever have to bring cash with her.
